Venison Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS:
1 3lb venison tenderloin
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp coarse ground pepper
1 ½ cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375
Rub tenderloin with salt, pepper and garlic
Slice onion in large chunks and place with tenderloin in Dutch oven
Add water
Cover and bake for 45 min.
